This little cutie is a yorkie/Pomeranian mix named Tramp. I’m not sure if it’s allowed but I wanted to share his story! He was from a local pet store near my college that I visit regularly to de stress with puppy play time. I met this little fella over thanksgiving break when I asked which dogs don’t get a lot of attention. One of the workers pointed him out and says that no one ever plays with him, but he loves the pup because he looks like Tramp from Lady and the Tramp. So I play with him and fell in love! But my college doesn’t normally allow puppies. So I say goodbye but promise to come back. Came back multiple times before winter break to play with him, finally saying bye the last time since I thought that would be the last time I saw him with the Christmas puppy rush coming up. I cried so much. Come back from winter break a month later and don’t think about it much. February rolls around and I find out this guy is still there, because no one loved him. I guess someone took him home for a day and returned him because they didn’t want him 🙁 my heart broke. I called my grandma and told her the situation, then talked with housing to see what I could do. Well, I got approved to take him to campus! As a resident assistant, this pup is going to get so much love and attention and I can’t wait. I don’t know why no one ever loved him, he’s so loving and adorable.
