I do not know if this is the place to ask but I am desperate. I rescued a little Yorkie that was found at a sawmill. It appears he had been on his own for awhile. I am having a real hard time finding a dog food he likes. Thankfully petsmart will take it back if he doesn’t like it. I have tried six different kinds know.. any suggestions? He is sweet as can be and I have gotten him healthy. He will eat food I cook but not all. He is a very picky little guy. Any help would be appreciated!!
First, thank you for rescuing the little guy! You have made a profound impact in is life, and that is a really big deal!
I find that when my dogs are getting picky, sometimes I can convince them to eat their kibble if I put a couple of teaspoons of Gerber’s chicken and gravy on it and mix it in a little. Other times, just some chicken stock will do the trick.
Keep at it, once you fine the food that is palatable to the little guy you’ll be all set.
Does anyone else have some ideas?
