does anyone else have a Yorkie that has GME and how are you dealing with the condition ? My little angel was just diagnosed with this disease and would like some tips.. She is on Prednisone daily and has had Chemotherapeutic drugs.
I have never had to deal with this disease, so won’t be much use to you. However, I have had success with disease support groups. A quick google search for GME in Dogs Support group yields a number of results, the first of which is: https://www.facebook.com/FightGME/ It looks like they have some good documents on the site as well as a decent sized community. You might consider liking the page and “introducing” yourself there.
I’m sure others in our community have better, more relevant ideas though, so I”ll turn this question over to them. Good luck you to your sweetie!
