My baby Yorkie Mikey has a upper hernia. The Vet did an operation but it didn’t work. The hernia came back bigger. The vet told me that I had to take him to a specialist who could operate and insert mesh. I called to get estimates and was shocked. The lowest price was estimated at $4,000 to $4,500. I just can’t afford that with being on social security. I told my Vet in tears.
